Summer slippers/ indoor shoes?

What slippers/ indoor shoes do you wear in summer?

I wear ugg boot slippers all winter but need to transition to something lighter.

I don't want open backs. And comfort is important.

What do people wear?

In past years I've kind of got through summer with crocs or flip flops as indoor shoes but I'd like something I enjoy putting on when I get home like I do with my uggs.

Ideas?

birkies? (only closed back summer shoes I can think of are ballet flats or trainers!).

I dont have this problem, unless its above 30C my feet are always cold so its fluffy slippers year round!😄

Oh, sorry, just realised you don’t want an open back (still think flip-flop slippers are awesome, though).

I wear crocs indoors, they have a back strap if you want extra support.

I wear flip flops, which don't fit the brief. Would an espadrille fit the bill?

I wear a ballet pump - got some lovely leather ones in the M&S sale a couple of years ago for £6!

What about these? They don't have a full sole so not really suitable for outdoor wear in the UK. They're expensive but will last a few summers

I was thinking ballet pumps. I'll look at the links.
I want something light but really soft and comfy.
