Do you have time to buy something warmer? If not then you're going to lose the effect of the dress with black tights, boots and jacket.

Just make sure to fluff the ruffle after you take the jacket off! Cute dress, btw.
Hopefully just the ceremony is outdoors, and the reception is inside and heated!

Can you find a lacy cardigan, it might be lighter weight than a blazer so as not to crush the ruffle., or this loose cardigan, shown in off white but it comes in black as well:
