Can anyone tell me about sunekos for the neck please?

I just had a Nefertiti neck lift today and the doctor recommended sunekos as well. I've got a very crepey, saggy neck (combination of weight loss and ageing/menopause) and I hate it.

I am extremely low maintenance - don't wear makeup, never had Botox before, have no clue about these treatments - but I hate my neck so much I thought Botox was worth a go. Has anyone had sunekos treatment on the neck, did it have noticeable effects? I appreciate that the Botox can't do miracles when I've got saggy skin there but am sceptical about getting upsold stuff, especially since this is quite long way out of my comfort zone.

No advice on the sunekos, but I have the same issue and am considering a Radiofrequency treatment

I like the info this US plastic surgeon gives. He's very honest in his comments and has videos on different approaches.

My neck looks awful after recent weight loss plus I'm 60s so I think only surgery will be the answer.
