I have one very similar, it’s a thick woven Welsh wool fabric and lined. I was going to put it on eBay later this year.

There are some lovely, swingy capes there - but I would be using the cape primarily for dog walks in a very cold, windy part of the country, and I worry that without a belt, the wind would get up under? Another suggestion for Welsh capes on eBay or Vinted. I have a fabulous belted one that I got on eBay years ago.

It's a vintage item and the quality is superb. The Welsh woven wool is such a wonderful fabric.

It's not really my thing, but it is lovely to wear and looks so good on. It has a bit of a Game of Thrones vibes actually.
