Casual outfit not jeans

I’m after a comfy casual outfit that not jeans- Basically I want to feel like I’m wearing t pyjamas but look out togethe renougn to pop to TK Maxx and for a coffee or the cinema.

im not keen on the Varley set look

I’ve started wearing wide leg linen blend trousers (M&S have some great ones) with a nice t shirt tucked in. Depending on the weather I wear sandals or nice trainers & stick a cardi on. All in neutral colours like brown, green, beige etc.
Really easy & very comfortable. I’m not the most stylish person but I think this kind of outfit makes me look like I’ve at least made some kind of effort.
I also put on a bit of make up even if I can’t be bothered because for me it makes a huge difference.
A nice handbag & earrings also make me feel more put together.

I love barrel legged trousers with elasticated waist at the moment. Very comfortable for general mooching around!
With a plain tee and trainers/converse its my current everyday outfit.
