So I'm late 40s, I've recently lost weight snd still losing but I'd like to start getting more excited about clothes I could wear.
I was a teen in the 90s so the stuff I gravitate to hasn't moved on.
I'm now a 12/14 have good legs, a decent chest. Arms are fine. Tummy, well I'm a Mum, I'm not 20 anymore.
When I was over a stone heavier I tended to wear a lot of Roman Originals dresses which now I look back and feel a bit frumpy in. They were flattering enough for the body I had at the time but now I put them on and they feel like tents.
What would you advise for my age?
Oh and while I used to love a heel I have a bunion nowadays 🙄 and while I still can wear heels I'm out of practice. I pretty much live in trainers. Lots of dresses just look wrong with flats though.
I've always been a rubbish girl. Most days I don't wear make up. It just feels like now I'm losing the weight it would be nice to make more effort.
I work for myself so cost is a factor also I sometimes need smart stuff for meeting clients.
