I’d call it laundry day.
I didn’t like it before and I don’t like it now.

I doubt I'd wear it, I want to say 'anywhere' but you never know, there might be a time and place to strut it out.
It lends an air of femininity and flirty, dressy, summery look to a very plain outfit: jeans and a tee or jeans and a tailored shirt. I have narrow hips though, what I don't like about it is it's a very niche style, only good if it suits every body type, otherwise it won't go far, I don't think.

It's being called a 'hem detail' these days and it's in fashion (obvs) but I don't think it looks good and I think it's going to be very short lived.
