Dress me for a job interview!

I have a job interview next week and I'm struggling a bit! I'm a social worker and my day to day wear is either a jersey dress and boots or wide leg side stripe trousers or the very stretchy Halara ones and a smart t shirt with black trainers I have a blazer and smarter boots I wear to go to court!

The interview is for a management role so I think I need to smarten up but its not corporate type dress and I think if I go too smart it would be over kill/

I was thinking along the lines of a shirt dress and a blazer so something like this
Buy Yumi Black Viscose Look Midi Shirt Dress With Wooden Belt from the Next UK online shop with a blazer?

Open to more exciting things too though as generally I have a more colourful alternative style.

I don't have any really smart shoes but I do have smart low ankle boots and some back closed toed sandals.

Any advice or suggestions welcome would like something I could wear again I'm 5 foot 9 (so nothing too short) and about a size 12 although can be a 10 to 14 depending on the shop and style.

Hit me with ideas please- Oh and needs to ideally be somewhere that has shops everywhere or fast online delivery as the interview is on Tuesday!

The Yumi dress looks like holiday wear to me - the wooden belt and button front.

If you’re wearing it with a jacket, this might be better:

I actually think this looks more like a holiday dress, and is twice the price of OP's.

i would go wide leg trousers with a jacket and smart trainers or boots.

Thanks all the reason I stay away from trousers is that as am tall I find the fit a bit tricky so have to try before I buy which makes delivery harder but I do like a wide leg so that's a good idea then Cos dress I do like but it's on the expensive side (like for the perfect thing that I would definitely wear again lots of times that would be fine but not sure I would really)
