Tinted moisturiser for a very pale cool toned person

For dd16 for the prom. She doesn’t wear make up at all but would like to try a little something just to even out her skin.

but she is a very very pale cool toned blonde. I am neutral toned and often find things a bit orange and her sister is very warm toned so nothing that works for us would be cool enough for her.

ideally Superdrug/boots type prices as she’s not likely to wear it much. She has slightly dry skin, mostly clear but a few blemishes around her t zone.

Maybe Eborian CC in porcelain. It's not a tinted moisturiser as such, but it's gives my skin a lovely natural glow

Sorry it might be too much cost wise, although maybe you can get a free sample from somewhere! I got a little sample pot in the shop before I bought it

This one in the Light or Fair (can't remember which is the palest one) doesn't feel orangey on me.

Hi OP, look for a tinted moisturizer with a pink or neutral undertone base rather than anything with yellow or peach pigment as those read orange on cool-toned skin. On the INCI side, titanium dioxide as the primary pigment with iron oxides balanced toward red rather than yellow gives the cleanest cool-toned finish. A hydrating base with glycerin suits her slightly dry skin well. At drugstore price points, check the shade range descriptions for terms like "porcelain, ivory, or fair cool".

I find the Eborian cc tinted colour correct works as a “barely there” makeup to even out my pale cool toned skin. A little goes a long way

No.7 City Light Tinted Moisturiser. I absolutely hate foundation and wore this for my wedding.

I love this BB cream from Dr Jart. They only do a handful of shades because it adjusts to skin tone. I use the fair-light and I'm sure I read somewhere it's "cool" toned (can't recall where, I was on every website and in shops looking for the best price). Boots stock it so you can go in and try. It's got a lovely soft smooth finish and looks really natural, even my husband noticed.
