State Opening of Parliament Day Dress

I have been lucky enough to be invited to the State Opening of Parliament but I have literally nothing suitable to wear.

I also don't have much money. I'm looking on eBay and Vinted around the £30 mark with perhaps £20 for a ?white blazer/jacket.

The only suitable shoes I have are nude pink kitten heels patent shoes but might also need some shoes too!

Does anyone have any ideas please? I'm a size 12, 5ft 9 blonde.
