Anyone know where this dress is from?

Ella Bruccoleri, who plays Mary in The Other Bennet Sister is wearing this lovely lemon yellow buttoned v-neck dress at a press day.

I can’t work out which label it is/where it’s from - any wise Mumsnetters know? Many thanks

According to Google it’s a vintage 1960/70s mod dress not from a particular brand.
