My DD has spot prone skin and uses tretinoin, so does need to use sunscreen on her face. Can anyone recommend an SPF moisturiser , perhaps 30, that is good for spot prone skin but not too ££££.

Ultrasun Face SPF50 is excellent

Beauty of Joseph Rice and Probiotics SPF 50. My spots have died right down compared to my old one.

DD is a teen and relatively spot prone, but seems to get on well with Cerave moisturiser with an SPF in it

Have you heard of Altruist? Founded by a dermatologist, it's cheap, perfume free and probably least likely to aggrevate acne.

NIVEA SUN Derma Skin Clear SPF50+
Look for a facial sunscreen rather than a moisturizer and go for spf 50. There are lots of oil control ones which would be suitable.

I generally use la roche posay or cerave. Here goes my routine with tretinoin:
Morning:
Using water to wash your face,
Sebamed clear face gel,
Garnier spf
Evening:
Cerave moisturizer,
Tretinoin (0.1) from skinorac
Sebamed clear facial gel

I agree she definitely needs a proper facial SPF, not just a moisturiser with SPF in it. This is the case for everyone as you can't put enough product on your face to get the advertised SPF protection if it's just a day cream with SPF.....but it's vital if she's using tret.
