Avene is lush, what are peoples thoughts about No 7? I have also used Uriage, Naked and Thriving etc. I had a facial and the esthetician said I had sun damage so I start each morning nd evening with Vitamin A gel. Also, what level SPF? 30? 50?

I'm new to this game

I use SPF 50 everyday. I’ve recently gone back to using the La Roche Posay one as it has been on offer.

Oh, I love that one too.

You shouldn’t use vitamin A/ retinol / retinal in the day as it makes your skin more sensitive to sunlight - it’s only meant to be used overnight and then washed off in the morning.

Hyaluronic acid - I use Medik8 Hydr8 B5 serum which is really nice and hydrating. Also use the Medik8 crystal retinal which I really like.

As for SPF I use Clinique dramatically different spf 50 moisturiser most days. But if I was actually on holiday or in the sun a lot I would use proper spf not spf moisturiser. The boots soltan age defence is actually really good. I got it as a free sample but I really love it.
