Wedding Guest Outfit: I need top and shoes

I’m going to a wedding in June. It’s not a formal do. I going to wear some lovely wide cream Ralph Lauren trousers.

I need a beautiful top and shoes though. I don’t want to look like I’m going to work with blouse or anything. I would like to look stylish and cool in the summer sun. Not sleeveless or high neck.

I am 6ft tall and size 12-14.

Any inspiration would be appreciated.
