Recommendations for flattering lightweight summer tops for a fuller bust

Any recommendations for summer light weight tops for a fuller bust with a smaller frame/waist that don't look old fashioned and frumpy for 25 yr old ?
Casual and smarter options needed.
Much needed advice and appreciated.

New look do some nice light weight stretchy vest tops and tops in the same material with round and sweetheart necklines that stretch nicely over the bust but stay fitted at the waist so are flattering. I live in them in summer as a 30JJ.
