Post menopause I have become allergic to so many things, had to ditch routine,
find new products etc at the same time as pores getting bigger etc. I have been using the Weleda refining toner and it actually works. Super happy with it and no allergies and pores definitely look
smaller. Any amazing product recommendations from women going through similar? I also love the Zoe bee Avocado moisturiser now my skin also went super dry! It’s fab

I’ve always worn SPF whenever I go out, but like you I’ve became allergic to everything, even my beloved La Roche Posay which I had used without a problem for years. SPF I have resorted to the Upcircle one, hardly anything in it! Honestly so frustrating how you suddenly become allergic to so much post menopausal!

Im pre but my post friends are also finding Tallow balms good. They plump the skin, retain moisture and are very gentle. Theres lots of copies of the more expensive brands to try :).

Ive got a cheap knockoff but am tempted by that one as I keep hearing rave reviews. But even this cheap version my skin is softer and plumper. I've been using retanoids for months and this somehow makes more difference than those I think! Or my skin just likes it more maybe?

@CharityShopMensGlasses have a look at Zoe bee I found the moisturiser wonderful and it’s helped my patchy eyebrows grow back as a side benefit
