Can anyone recommend where to buy 2000s style cargo trousers?!

I’m looking for something mid rise (I’m short, so high rise ends up under by boobs, black/grey/brown, lightweight fabric (not made of a fabric that’s rustly and noisy) and slim ish leg-ideally slim around the thigh and a bit of a bootcut at the bottom maybe? All I can find is walking trousers from Trespass/Mountain Warehouse which have thousands of pockets (don’t mind pockets but don’t need them everywhere) or zipped at the knee so they can be made into shorts (don’t need this) and the reviews say they rustle (I don’t really need them to be waterproof) or massively wide leg things!

Theres pairs on Vinted (vintage ones) but I have no idea about sizing and can’t afford to buy loads of pairs at £10/15 to see whether they are ok!

Have you looked on Boohoo or PLT? I can imagine them doing this kind of thing as a Y2K trend.

Thank you-I have looked at both of them and they are all either high waisted or wide legged!

or Bershka might have similar. Although arent 2000 cargos generally baggy with lots of pockets and extra bits?
Slim legged versions do sound abit more like walking trousers!

I really like those, thank you! Typically, I reckon I’m probably a 31, which seems out of stock in every colour! That’s definitely along the right lines though.

These maybe? not especially light though
Y2K were generally baggy
I have some old Animal brand ones that I've brought back from the depths of my wardrobe Grin

Only in a 6 or 8 in the dark colour-typical-thank you for posting though.

The ones I had in the early 2000s were quite slim around the hips and thigh but flared below the knee. Wish I’d kept them 😂

Next and river island have rome cargo trousers - not sure if looking for the style of all saints circa 2000 or not, so may not be quite right...
