Anti-ageing facial moisturiser recommendations for £30 budget

I would like recommendations for an anti-aging facial moisturiser that makes your skin feel nice and smooth please. Early 50s, budget £30.

I have been using the Inkey List Ceramide one for 4 months and I’ve really noticed that it makes my skin increasingly feel rough and tacky; I use their oat cleanser and hyaluronic serum beforehand which leave my skin feeling smooth, but then the ceramide moisturiser makes it feel rough.

Plus I’ve noticed that both my skin tint and a foundation are not sitting nicely anymore either. I have used a tub of Nivea blue the past couple of days and that’s leaving my skin soft so it’s definitely that the ceramide one doesn’t like my skin.

I also use the Inkey List retinol serum (x2 per week) and the eye cream at night.

I use that moisturiser too but I haven’t found that at all. How much do you use. I use maybe a large pea size, rub it a little between my finger tips and apply.

I like the Boots No 7 Repair and Protect (I'm late 50s). There are also a number of different No7 ones.

No 7 always have 3 for 2 and often ££ vouchers off.
