Ideas for a summery graduation outfit at 50+ without heels

need inspiration for a lovely summery outfit for graduation in July. Am size 14, 50+ and pale so bright colours like pinks and blues work best.
Also am useless with heels so lovely strappy sandals tricky to manage :)
