Help for forehead wrinkles Berkshire / London area

Hello wondering if i can get some answers here please xx

Am 42. Perimenopause has hit me like a ton of bricks recently.

I have got forehead wrinkles in last couple of years. Last year I tried microneedling and it made zero difference. Was really disappointed.

Friend has recommended skin+me or one of the other prescriptions you get online. Is there any treatments that work?
I have just had a bit of botox so not getting any worse at the moment however also not fading. I am quite lucky as don't have crows feet or 11's (yet) but the forehead wrinkles are making me really unhappy with how I look

I even asked chatgpt it said try fractional lazering.

Please help!! I am outside London in Berkshire. Would obviously like to keep costs as low as possible so maybe should avoid London...?

I've been using Skin & Me since January and I do feel like my forehead lines are fading a bit - I wasn't expecting any improvement until the 6 month mark so I'm quite happy with that!

Is the skincare regime complicated or do you just put on the tretonin and that's it?

If you're already using botox for the dynamic lines, combining that with a retinoid for the static skin quality improvement addresses both aspects simultaneously. For in-clinic treatments, microneedling results actually vary by device & practitioner, radiofrequency microneedling has considerably stronger evidence for skin tightening than standard mn alone & worth distinguishing when you're exploring options. Fractional laser is a recommendation for texture/deeper lines.
