Please help me find actual low rise baggy jeans!

I have been looking in vinted , but just cannot find what I am after. I want a pair of actual low rise jeans that sit on the hip, baggy ones. I type in low rise baggy jeans and all sorts of nonsense comes up. Recently bought a pair that were described as low rise and they were so not low rise. Where am I going wrong here?
if I have to buy new I will - I thought they were back in fashion.🤷🏻‍♀️

DD wears Motel low rise baggy jeans. Can buy online or they are stocked in Urban Outfitters.

if they are baggy and low rise there’s nothing to hold them on the hip is there? no belt and you’d be pulling them up like in 2000, belt/elastic and they’d sit higher than the hip 🤔

Dd bought some three sizes too big (bershka, motel, addicted). Holds them up with a belt and had the length taken up a bit.

I got a pair from Primark online recently.
