Dress for ABBA Voyage and London

I am going to ABBA Voyage at the end of May. Looking for a dress that I can wear to ABBA and then out in London after. I'm 46, 5'2 and a size 10ish. I don't like my legs or anything tight around my hips, but also don't like too much material on a dress as it drowns me! Any ideas? My budget is £100. I don't want to look like a disco ball but don't mind a bit of sparkle. Any ideas? Bonus points for petite ranges.
