Pilates then dinner - what to wear?

I often go to reformer pilates after work and then will meet a friend in town for dinner immediately afterwards. For pilates I usually wear black leggings and a t-shirt. I'm looking for ideas of tops I can throw on over this to then go out for dinner in reasonably nice restaurants without looking too out of place. I have one jumper that works ok because it's fairly long but I'd ike something a little more stylish. Any ideas, please?

Just to give an example - this Jaki top someone posted the other day is the kind of thing I think might work but it's a bit expensive for what it is and I'm not sure it's long enough to look good with the leggings.

I wouldn't recommend it because of my bottom not being covered. I'm not sure what "Signature Viscose Blend." is but I'd imagine it's probably viscose/polyester/nylon.

Thanks. Yes, that was the conclusion of the previous discussion on that jumper and I just think it's too expensive for being a polyester blend. I only really linked to it to give an idea of the kind of thing that could possibly work.

I think you need to get changed - if you can really go out in clothes you've just done pilates in without it being gross then you're not really trying very hard at the pilates!

I go to yoga and just wear wideleg trousers on top of the leggings. Then any shirt or top that goes with the trousers.

I love that velvet tunic dress and will order it now. Thank you so much @butidid it will work perfectly.

I'm tempted too.

I don’t sweat that much in Pilates I would go straight out if no showers there. But I would try to shower if I could!
i would wear my flared leggings from primark and a vest in the class. And change to a nice black top after the class.

Could you just put your work clothes back on?

Or try wide leg yoga pants with a top - I have some really nice ones from CRZYoga on Amazon but Sweaty Betty have some too. I don’t sweat much in Pilates either tbh, a body wipe would be fine for me.
