What to wear for in-person interviews in information security

I have 2 in person job interviews coming up. I can’t remember the last time I attended an in person interview and have no idea what to wear.

The role is mid level in information/cyber security. I’m 58, 5ft5 and a size 12 ish. Any advice?

I've not been for an interview in 12 years but I like to be smart. I do an office job at senior level and if I was interviewing I would wear a suit. Trouser suit, shirt and probably heels but that is just me! It makes me feel confident. So select something that makes you feel confident.

Something vaguely seasonal from here:

or here:

depending on your tastes and budget. Or something similar from somewhere else. (Don’t pick a brand you wore for your first interviews 30 years ago. Even though the shop may still exist the products probably don’t look truly contemporary, and the quality may not be the same.)

I’d go smart. Not suit style but a “office” style dress, or skirt and shirt type thing. Don’t go casual!

Go for smart business-casual: tailored trousers or a knee-length skirt with a blouse or knit top, plus a blazer for a polished, professional look.
Stick to neutral colors, clean shoes, and minimal accessories comfortable, confident, and not overly formal is ideal for cyber security roles.

Not a blouse and skirt. Too flouncy. Soft, loose jacket and trousers. Cleanly cut t shirt shaped top in a good fabric. Or at most a very plain shirt if that suits your face / neck / demeanour more.
