Vinted quandary - advice plz

I sold an item on Vinted. The tracking has said it was delivered by the buyer disputed this and said it was undelivered. They’ve now messaged me to say it’s arrived but they are unhappy with the condition which I dispute - I said it was in ‘good’ condition, not as new or very good. I’ve said they can return to me for a refund but I’ve also had a message from Vinted about the delivery issue which I need to respond to within 48 hours…. Surely the buyer can’t have my item and get a refund too… what to do?

Click the button for them to return it, but with them paying the return postage.

That way they can’t give you a bad review (or any review)

Tell Vinted the item has been received, take screenshots of the conversation.

So they’ve not marked the item as arrived so I can’t raise a return… I’m keeping screen shots of the chat though and have asked them to mark as arrived. I’ve messaged Vinted but the responses are all automated.
