I sold an item on Vinted. The tracking has said it was delivered by the buyer disputed this and said it was undelivered. They’ve now messaged me to say it’s arrived but they are unhappy with the condition which I dispute - I said it was in ‘good’ condition, not as new or very good. I’ve said they can return to me for a refund but I’ve also had a message from Vinted about the delivery issue which I need to respond to within 48 hours…. Surely the buyer can’t have my item and get a refund too… what to do?
