When you get the despatch notification can you contact the courier? DPD let you reschedule I think.

I have to say liberty are sending these out at the very worst time of the year. Bonkers that you can't control the delivery date with CS.

I agree and they have the same issue every year. Why they don’t go for a mid September dispatch date when most people are back at home from holidays and the children have gone back to school or better still have a selection of dates for you to choose from (I think vogue do this). Close to the August BH is insane. I still haven’t ordered for this reason.

I get they want to get them out early and ahead of the curve but you should be able to select delivery date as you can do for anything else you buy (you can pay extra for named delivery day I think).
Last year there was consternation as to whether we'd be away, luckily just back in time but it was a close run thing.

Check your BAC or get someone to check it for you. Just checked mine and the top wasn’t on one of the products properly and it spilled into the box.

Hang on...I've been on holiday and feel I've missed too much! How have people got the Liberty BAC already? What else did I miss?

I’ve not shown any discipline and tried a couple of products. Very nice BAC. Also went to liberty today, cracked and bought Pearl of Dawn perfume and ilia skin tint so have GWP. The plan was to buy the perfume after falling in love with it from scent kit. It is divine imo so GWP is not great at all unless planning on a big spend anyway. The Fugazzi is lovely and stuff will be gifted and used though.

What does Pearl of Dawn smell like? I know it’s hard to describe 🤔

@ilovebrie8 it is hard to describe, but for me it is very soft and comforting. Not a loud shouty perfume. There is a sweetness to it but not sugary sweet. The bottle is an absolute work of art too and is part of the art collection the company have introduced. I struggled with the price a bit but it’s a post GCSE gift to myself. I’m head of department so it’s been a sketchy lead up to Thursday!

Just got back from a stay at a hotel where all the toiletries were Grown Alchemist, ended up just using my own, really don't like the fragrance of any of their products. Really pleased I didn't go for the gwp a while back, I'd have only ended up with a load of stuff I'd never use

I'm not a fan either and it seems to be in a lot of edits currently.

I also love Pearl of Dawn.
Initially I was disappointed as I was hoping for Ophera Infernal, but I'm so glad I got this one now.
It feels like an autumn scent to me, warm, sweet and comforting.

@BCSurvivor such a gorgeous scent and Liberty’s work is done. I have gone for a full size and same with Poets of Berlin. I was in there as soon as I could, once Vilhelm was introduced in scent kits and BD.
PofD will defo get me through autumn!

I really didn't get on with Ophera Infernal - had a sort of sour note. Much preferred POD.
