Lovely new niche scented thread ready for our April box.

My scent kit turned up and I got Vine Thief, Cologne One and Pearl of Dawn in mine. Not my number one picks but they're pleasant enough and I'll use them. I'll look to see what turns up on vinted for the others.

I've got a wild rosinda, I've sprayed once, but would love to swap for Aldelphi sun, if you like this scent?

I’d love wild rosinda if no one else does, my kit has not arrived yet though.

I’ve been offline (camping at a music festival!) for a few days, just catching up now and feeling really bad if getting my GA GWP a day early caused issues for anyone else?

I had no idea it was going to be limited (although I saw the stack of boxes & I swear there were waaaaaay more than 20!), and the GA assistant didn’t mention it either 😳

On a separate note: this was the perfect weekend to discover that I love the AB sunscreen….it’s the nicest skincare-meets-spf I’ve tried for ages! (Un)fortunately I have an absolutely mahoosive stash of different factor50 creams to get through (including at least one more AB50), so I’m resolutely not going to buy any (yet).

That said, I’ve got several small tubes of the regular cream from other edits laying around and am now looking forward to trying them out soon!

My scent kits are due to arrive today. It would be lovely if they have differnt options, but it could be unlikely. Now I want travel off adelhi sun, I may consider the fresh kit. Does anyone have it?

You did absolutely nothing wrong @Fillybuster - you were perfectly entitled to ask. It was up to Liberty whether they released stock early.

The issues were the lack of notice about the promotion, the small amount of boxes available, (assuming Liberty stated this correctly), and the big one - having the event clash with the closure of the department on the day itself due to filming, meaning that people who went up there in the morning missed out.

As it turned out, people on this thread went in the pm and were still able to get the GWP.

@Fillybuster it was a Liberty (non)issue not a you issue. In the event, anyone that wanted one got one from what I can tell. It was a blatant lie there were only 20, no idea what they hoped to achieve by spreading that. Will have just put people off making a special trip. I was there anyway, asked and received. Which is exactly what you did 😁.

I don't have The Fresh Kit, but was looking at it yesterday - it's still at 10% off.
But the coriander fragrance is putting me off - as a herb I love coriander, but as a scent I just can't picture it - has anyone tried it, just how coriander - ish is it???

I'm planning on putting my Liberty Maze on Vinted, I suspect there'll be lots on there.

There's quite a view on Ebay, along with Vine Thief.
Very few Wild Rosinda, and the Adelphi Sun fragrances that were priced at under £22 plus postage were all snapped up within 24 hours!

If anyone who has Vine Thief 8ml & would like any (or all) of these perfumes, I would happily swap. I really like Vine Thief 😄

Mine's coming with Amazon and on a bit of a go slow, so I'm not expecting it till tomorrow.
If I get two out of three of my first choices for the either or fragrances I'll be happy, but would far rather know what I'm getting!
One out of 12 being an either or is fine, but having 3 fragrances out of 12 being a surprise is a bit much.

Mine has arrived. I’m delighted I got my first choice Liberty - Adelphi Sun. With my additional Vinted AS purchase on the way, that’s my signature Summer scent sorted.

I didn’t have a preference on the others but got Cologne One and Pearl of Dawn, both of which are lovely.

Happy I took the plunge.

We have a new Amazon driver. They happily delivered my DD Liberty bunny (she’s delighted) and said they delivered my granado scent suitcase but they didn’t. I opened the door to the driver so it def wasn’t delivered. The photo they provided was of the front door before I opened it, no parcels visible. I really wish Liberty would review their use of Amazon! Hopefully CS will resolve this without hassle and maybe I should take it as a hint of no more beauty until advents are released. 🙈

I've only just signed up as it seemed a good way to contribute towards the advent calendar and I am a bit of a beauty addict. Looking forward to getting my first box in due course!

They usually send you the box you’ve just missed so hopefully you get last weeks as your first box because it was an excellent box !

both of my sets have Adelphi sun. It's really gorgeous set - I tried Mango Skin and Opera Infernal. Both gorgeous - the second one is not my usual go to type but initial sniff is love.

I am actually tempted to get one more!

out of stock - not surprisingly. This is my kick off for advent season and it is a winner. two of those suit me much better then Harrods selection - I am pleased with it.

The shampoo and conditioner in the last box are great. After advent season I may consider another subscription.

Back in stock - I ordered one more and the fresh kit as my son really wants swimming pool. I don't usually go as crazy and I don't like selling at all, so unwanted items usually become gifts but I really like the selection. The first two were bought with credit and feel free :) . I hope I get different Liberty scent although Adelphi Sun is gorgeous and would also love the Fabbrica Della Musa Pearl of Dawn instead of the Opera Infernal but I would be happy with either. Mango Skin, Lust in Paradise and Adelhi sun are worth the cost for me.

It is a really lovely kit and well worth the money. Im hoping to pick up adelphi sun and wild rosinda at some point and maybe another valaya.

I have just ordered the scent kit using my Liberty beauty drop money after deciding I definitely don’t want the calendar. Hoping to get Adelphi Sun 🤞
