Lovely new niche scented thread ready for our April box.

Same. Will be following this thread as it’s the only way I hear about edits and discounts.

DS &Durga. I loved them and have bought more from Vinted. I pop them in my wardrobe and pin up on my board at work.

I think we'll get a Penhaligons sample or another perfume sample, an spf, a bath/shower product, a face or eye mask, and maybe a cream to powder eyeshadow like Trinny and maybe a Paula's Choice Exfoliator.

Though would be over the moon to receive anything Violette FR.

Changing subject to eyeliners I've also heard the Zoeva ones are good,
Love Lisa Eldridge too.

Though I can recommend the Victoria Beckham ones. I have the Instant Brightening Waterline Pencil & it doesn't irritate my eyes (I wear contacts) doesn't run or smudge.
And when I can't be bothered to wash my face at night it's still there in the morning (albeit fainter)
I got mine in the Cyber Monday sale last year it was around £22.50 but I'd still buy at £31 as it's so good.

I just put the holy ficus in my wardrobe! I love them, but agree they might be a bit much in a car. 🤔

I'd love some useful holiday things like a body lotion in 2 week size. Or a nail polish in a shade suitable for toes.

As an aside, I get the Look Fantastic box. This months included an own brand plastic claw clip that they claimed is worth £15 🤣 and a "deluxe sample" that they claim is worth £20.

Does anyone get really annoyed when companies throw in free samples and claim they are worth ££ based on the full size product as if they aren't nornally given away? And where is the governance to stop companies making up prices? No one would pay £15 for the clip but what is to stop Lk claiming it's worth £100?

I'd be so annoyed if I got sent a cuddly toy! I just don't get Jellycat though so I'm not the target market for that.

I guess, it would sell on ebay better than car air freshener would though!

I’m wondering if they will send beauty pie? I like a few things from them but I think their brand /price positioning is off.

I like the car fresheners! But a nice face mist, holiday minis (no bamford, no tanning drops pls) and a perfume sample (not tana) would set me up.

Oohhh, I loved the air freshener and have bought quite a few since!
But I do agree, they are very strong for the first day or two.
The Big Sur candle is much more subtle.

I really didn’t like the air freshener but loved the glittery green eyeliner! It’s a good job we’re all different!

I missed that they were stocking Penhaligons now, that would be great in the next box. I seem to remember that last summers box had some nice summery scents, so I’d be v happy with that again! I’d also love a sample of the Trinny neck cream- fingers crossed!

I've had some good stuff from Beauty Pie but it feels a strange addition to Liberty at the moment.

I'm wondering if they're aiming to gradually phase out their current niche subscription model and move to regular pricing sold through stores as per any other brand.

I do like beauty pie too but agree felt it wasn’t a brilliant match for liberty and why would I buy it for a half way point between BP (no subscription) and BP prices…

I think the whole Beauty Pie subscription setup is nonsense and I was always suspicious of how so many influencers loved it.

And then I caved and did a free trial membership - really loved the japan fusion face wash and lip oil. I did a second free trial membership to stock-up on the face wash but that time forgot to cancel...they took about £60 for annual membership! I emailed and to be fair they refunded straight away.

I find the membership prices and subscription so off putting and it feels like a scam even though I know it isn't. I'd definitely be a regular customer if they dropped all the faff and just had membership prices as the normal price to buy for everyone.

I think the quality of products is good enough for Liberty although it doesn't feel quite like a natural fit and the Liberty prices are a bit higher.

I’d love anything from Trinny as the eye shadow they gave us (or was it in the BAC?) got me into that brand. Haven’t tried Beauty Pie so yes to that. Always enjoy something make-up-ish and I know colours would be impossible but would love a foundation/tinted moisturizer to try out the texture.

Cant have too many lip balms, and then a fresh perfume sample or two (I think all my favourites are quite winterish).

Yes a cooling mist would be nice as long as it isn't designed to make people "glow" or be "more radiant" or have "glass skin" because all of those things make me look like a hortible oily mess.

I bought that as a gift at Christmas and the recipient was delighted.

If next week’s box is a good one I’ll probably rejoin for a bit so dipping in to say hi.
