Boy short period pants (or ones with no vpl)?

I want to wear a pair of tight and very conspicuous trousers to an event and obviously i will be on my period 🙄
Any ideas for period underwear that will provide high protection but also no vpl? Ill be using tampons but want to pair with period pants. Am thinking maybe seamless boyshorts if those exist?

Modi bodi do boy shorts and thongs. I am not a fan of thongs but in case that’s helpful !

ModiBodi are excellent, but the pad is quite thick, and might not be great with very tight trousers, although this would be the case for all period pants.

Hadn't considered thongs before, good idea but not sure how secure I'd feel! Will look into it, I might have to ditch the trousers idea sadly :/
