what shoes to go with this dress

Just bought this dress and cant decide on shoes to go with it. Any suggestions

it's a day dress
flipflops, or casual wedges (perhaps espadrilley ones)

i was thinking flip flops but wanted other opinions if it would look alright lol.

Gladiator sandals if you wanna be 'on trend'...
