Recommendations for a smooth non-padded everyday T-shirt bra for 36G

Can anyone recommend me a bra for a large chest for everyday tshirt wear (nude colour) that’s smooth but not padded. I do not need extra bulk. I’m about a 36G and 50 yrs old and need some shape and separating to avoid the matronly shelf but I do not like cleavage (sweaty).

Oh gosh yes me too, especially on the separating bit! Hoping someone has a suggestion for you.

I like these, really comfy, moulded cup.

Gossard Glossies. Super lightweight but very supportive. Quite a generous fit so you might need a FF.

Freya Idol is your friend ! - smooth, underwired, moulded cups, excellent support and very comfortable. Nude, white. black, and I also have hot pink, denim blue and brown in my collection .

Also the Elomi Morgan , the top half of the cup is lace , though, so may show under a very fitted top.

Having searched high and low for exactly your criteria, this is the closest I've found and it's very comfy.

Freya Idol not bad either, but I prefer the wider straps on the Fantasies.

Beware M&S totally non-standard sizing though!
I went for a fitting. They measured me as 44E or something, and told me they didn’t have anything suitable. Not the first time this has happened. I did actually try on a 44F in a different branch a few days later and it hung off me.

I then went to Bravissimo and came away with some nicely fitting 38Fs.

I love Panache bras, I always end up with the same one if I go for a fitting because I'm clearly quite fussy. They used to do one called Elan, there was a padded version and a non-padded version that my DD had (she is similarly fussy), but I'm not sure that's available any more. Oh yes. Don't let M&S measure you and try a range of sizes on for a proper fit. Thankfully M&S do still have changing rooms so you can try on as many as you need to.

Moulded and padded are two different things.

Moulded has a very thin layer of foam designed to hold it's shape and give good shape and support whilst maintaining a smooth surface - ideal for a t-shirt bra. People often think that these will make breasts look larger, in actuality the layer is so thin it will make no difference and the benefits to fit and shape may actually make breasts look smaller.

Padded bras are designed to enhance the breast size and have thick padding in various areas to make breasts look larger.
