Have they always been around and the unlined element serves some purpose or is this a new way to reduce the cost? Ordered (and sent back) some from Dune, had no idea they were unlined, and just saw two nice pairs from JL own brand, with leather turned in and sort of glued over the inside. Looks flimsy, and like also like all the toes outlines will show under thin leather…
