Recommendations for a good teeth whitening kit that actually works

Can anyone recommend a GOOD teeth whitening kit? My teeth just look yellow all the time and it’s really getting me down now

I believe the over the counter ones are all rubbish unless you get them in the U.S., otherwise off to the dentist you go.
