Help me with shoes and bag for this dress

Help! I bought this dress for a wedding but need help with shoe and bag ideas and colours as I am clueless 🙈. I was thinking navy - maybe open sandals- not too high as I can't do high or pointed. My friend said pink but I'm not sure.
I want to look put together but I'm most at home in jeans and hoodies so I'm already out my comfort zone with a dress!!
Budget around £150 if necessary. Thanks!!

I would do navy open sandals with pink toenails, or pink sandals with light coloured nails!
