Anyone tried NYDJ jeans?

I have worn M and S jeans for years and have always liked them but the fit has changed and now which ever style I choose the legs and hips fit but the waist is too small. I’ve tried Whistles, Mango, Mint Velvet and wondered if anyone had tried NYDJ and what their opinion is?

I had a couple of pairs several years ago but I'm afraid I didn't get on too well with them as they were very stretchy and I just didn't like the feeling. They also started to go saggy around the arse, which was the final straw.

However the stretchiness did solve the waist/hip fit issue so it might be worth having a go. At the time, TK Maxx regularly sold them. I don't know if they still do but it might be a way of trying them out for a relatively reasonable price.

I think if you have a tummy stretch jeans can accentuate that. The best jeans for flattering tummies are actually button fronted jeans. I used to have several pairs of Nydj but then developed a real dislike of lycra. Plus the material stretched in a couple of pairs & became wrinkled & over-stretched & just didn't sit right.
I'm also having the same sizing issues with M&S jeans & won't buy any more of the fixed waist jeans. I do like the drawstring wide leg jeans. Uniqlo is brilliant for jeans - the JW Anderson straight leg jeans are great and Levi 501's/ribcage are often good fits.
For the latest advice I often follow Melissa Murrell & Invest In Style on Instagram & they frequently recommend different jeans brands - Abercrombie are meant to be good. I think there's also a useful jeans guidance video on the Melissa Murrell YouTube channel.
