Adidas firebird loose track pants - tall?

I’m coveting a pair of these, but I’m 5’11 and all the models seem to be 5’6 or less. Would it work if I sized up and wore them low? Or should I give up the dream?

Might work. I'm 5'5 and mine are in the petite length which is just perfect.
I doubt they would be floor length on your height though!

I definitely don’t want them flapping round my ankles.

I’m a similar height to you. I have 4 pairs, two are plenty long enough (a heavier fabric) and 2 pairs which are just about long enough.

They were all described the same when I bought them so I’d order a few pairs and see.

Am trying not to look up and find the pale blue with polka dots ones I’ve seen on various people on social media as I absolutely don’t need another pair 😬

Yeah all in a M (I have a satiny pair of dark grey leopard print ones that are smaller than the others)

When I buy adidas I have to take a huge amount off the hem. Im 5 foot 5 with long legs and short body so you should be ok.

Can you buy mens? There doesnt look like there is much difference to me. My mum is 6 foot and used to buy mens tracksuits. They always used to look fine.

Possibly, but somehow the shape doesn’t look as nice… probably in my head.

If be surprised if the shape for the women's was that different because I found them very straight in the hips and unflattering on me, so sent them back. The rise wasn't high enough for my waist either so the elastic cut in on my hips slightly. Maybe I should try sizing up though and accepting them as mid rise.... I also love the same colour way OP.

The size calculator on the website is wildly off though! It took my height and weight and told me I'm size 22! I'm size 14, 12 in vanity sized places.

Me too. Im slim pear shaped and they dont really fit my shape. To straight ip and down. I think they look different because they are shown on male models.

I have ordered in a size up and will report back. If not too tall, I fear I may also be too pear shaped for them.

They have arrived - plenty long enough and a good shape! I am pleased. I sized up so they’re quite loose, but feel nice as a result.
