Bra recommendations for 36G with a frozen shoulder and limited mobility

Any recommendations for a bra I might be able to put on with a frozen shoulder? I can’t reach behind my back or raise my arm above my head.

Big boobed (36G) so cropped tops aren’t doing it for the daytime. I can manage to get stretchier ones on for evening, but they don’t offer enough support for all day. More supportive sports cropped tops I can’t manage to get on or off.

I tried using a regular bra by fastening the band first at the front and shuffling it round but couldn’t manage that either.

Today I tried front fastening bras from Next and it reminded me of trying to do up my corset style wedding dress 😅so that was a no-go too.

No expert and I know you said not front closure, but I dont know what else there could be... what about a zip front closure? Or maybe look into inclusive fashion, clothes made for disabled people which are becoming more mainstream and will cater to lots of people. I dont have the answer but hope that by posting it bumps your post up

have you tried a bra shop? They’ll have ideas. How about a front fastening sports bra, mine has straps that undo too. Or any bra that has straps that undo and you can do the front cups back up once on. Or an underwired bikini with straps that tie round the neck.

Thank you. Some really good ideas there. I’ll do some more research.
