Can you identify where this stripy appliqué/embroidered shirt is from please?

Hi! I love this shirt/blouse which Harriet Scott wore recently. I think the stripe is either brown, purple or maroon and there is white /navy applique or embroidery. Have asked Harriet through her instagram but no response as yet. Does anyone know where it is from? Thanks 🙏🏽
