High Impact Sports Bra for small boobs

Does anyone have any recommendations please, and do I even need High Impact (for running) anyway? Hard to find a nice one that is not really tight around the ribcage, and one with very light padding to hide stiff nips

I like my one from M&S! It's not padded exactly but the material is thick enough to avoid nip issues I'll see if I can find a link xx

No if you have small to moderate boobs you probably don't need high impact bras. I certainly needed proper scaffolding whne I had bigger boobs, but now can happily run in your random medium support sports bra. I quite like Yvette sports.

I have tried the M&S ultra high impact bras for running, but they’re not great, imo. I want no movement whatsoever when I run. I’m only a 32DD (sounds big - isn’t) but I want to keep my boobs up where nature intended.

The best ones I have are Shock Absorber. I go up a band and down a cup. Even so, I have to wear a sweaty Betty crop top bra over the top to endure no jiggling takes place.

I like the Shock Absorber Active Multisports bra for running (I wear an A). No padding as such (although double thickness material in the cups, I think), so might not give you the nipple disguise you're after. I've never given that much (any) thought. Plenty of deals available so you should never need to pay full price

After a long history of running in sports bras, I finally had the confidence to acknowledge that I don't actually need any bra at all for my little breasts, even when running. All the 1950s-style cautionary tales about sagging are just nonsense for me. Everyone is different, of course, but for some small-breasted women I don't think bras are needed.

Shock absorber. Depending on bounce you could try a sports bralette, I got one from H&M.

I love the Uniqlo ones, they always get pulled out of the drawer before any of my others.

Thanks everyone I’ll take a look at these suggestions and may even try a medium support type of one
