Can you identify this Black and Gold Jacket?

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help identify where this jacket is from?
I spoke to the person wearing it, she said she got it from a charity shop and she wasn't sure of the make.
It looked like a soft jacket or shirt, she wore it with a belt over it.
I've tried searching with AI but I'm not coming up with anything, does anyone recognise it?

When I asked about the brand she said she couldn't remember, though she said she thought it was something like Nasty Gal, that type of thing, so I don't think it's vintage or couture, but who knows haha
