Help me find a smart but casual spring/ summer dress

I am looking for a dress to wear for every day but smart enough for lunch with the girls. I want to cover my arms as long as the elbow, v neck, midi or below the knee at least ( I’m only 5’1 so this is a problem already!). No chiffon or sweaty fabrics please. I’m looking for the impossible arent I 😂🙈. I saw this but sleeves a bit long and I don’t like the big elastic section!

im 49 and a size 12/14 - comfy not tight but no real colour restrictions, I’m Irish colouring pale skin and dark hair if that helps.

I have this which is like a soft linen. I can't wait for the weather to wear it. Unless they do petit version, you would probably need to get it taken up though. Our local dry cleaners does it.

You're not looking for the impossible although finding a dress with sleeves is quite an ask.

I’ve been considering that dress for a fortnight, it looks so nice. Let us know how you get on with length .I’m 5ft 4 and really struggling with dress lengths recently.
