This thread has been around for ages (since at least 2015), and many of us have even tamed our beauty-buying habits thanks to the wisdom and support shared here. We post our empties and chucks, helping each other make smarter, more satisfying choices next time we shop.

A few more from me! I seem to be racing through things…

117: Urban Decay Quick Fix hydra-charged complexion prep priming spray. One of my new favourite things is a spray before toner and this one was sooo good! Nice slight coconutty smell, non-sticky, non-itchy, lasted really well. Would rp - but I must have had it in stash for ages as it’s been disconned.

118: Nair hair remover cream. Fairly standard product and will rp even though I also have an electric razor!

119: Dr Dennis Gross fill and repair serum. 7ml. Only lasted about 10 days. I didn’t notice it doing anything particularly filling or repairing and it was a bit sticky. Probably not a rp.

120: L’occitane hand cream 10ml in Amande Sublime. Didn’t have my glasses on and used as a body cream! Nice, pleasant smell, effective on dry parts. Would rp but no need to, either for hand or body, as I have masses in my stash!

Couple more empties

Violette FR Boum Boum Milk -from a recent Liberty edit. I'm on the fence on this one. I liked it and the spray is very fine but a full size is expensive. I used this travel size up fairly quickly so I don't think I'd want to pay the rrp on a regular basis.

Cosrx 6 peptide serum - It's taken ages to use this up as I kept dipping in and out of it. Good product though, I prefer it to more expensive hyaluronic serums I've used. Could be a future RP but I don't use hyaluronic serum everyday.

Oh I have that serum @OvaHere and think I might try it next. Did you find it pilled at all?

No. Never found a problem with it. I rate it for a low cost product.

Has anyone used the Geek & Gorgeous Peptide Serum? I want one that actually DOES things.

I've just started using The Ordinary Hair Density Peptide Serum. That seems to be one of the most highly rated. I guess I won't know for a while if it works.

K18 have just released one people seem excited about but it's very expensive so I'm going to stick with TO for now.

Lumene Glow Boost Nordic C serum.

I believe this is the mildest formulation of Vit C, it doesn’t sting my skin and I was impressed that there was none left to tip out - the dropper got it all. Have already RP and started the new one this morning!

@OvaHere Are you using it alone or in conjunction with dermaneedling?

Just on it's own. I do have a derma roller but haven't quite built up the courage to have a go.

@OvaHere I couldn’t manage the roller in my hair as it kept tangling up. I have just started using a dermastamp which is MUCH better for hair (also more surface area.) So tempted to get a dermapen. I am wondering if I want to use a peptide serum or go straight for Minoxidil.

Lots and lots of empties tho :)

Of these I loved:

• The Sunday Riley night oil
• Three of the fragrances – Sparkling Jo, really fresh and fruity; Zepherine, much heavier than I usually like but lovely; and Bibbi Santal which was nice too
• Liz Earle C&P is a staple
• Jones Road Miracle Balm I know some are not keen but I loke this – Pinched Cheeks, a great blush
• The Beauty of Joseon tinted moisturiser is good and great value

The Ordinary peel I chucked as on last use it really stung. Maybe just too old. The peel or maybe me haha.

I do love my perfumes don’t I, six in there!

@SheilaFentiman I love that Lumene vit C it really makes a difference I think. Must stop using random stuff and stick to what is good.

@clary glad you like it too. There often seems to be offers on Lumene in £10 Tuesday etc so not too pricey to stock up!
