I have a wedding coming up that’s black tie. I want to hire something rather than buy as I’ll never wear it again. I’m 5’4” and will probably wear heals that are max 2” tall, so most long dresses will be too long for me.
Have any short folk hired dresses before? Is it possible to find anywhere that rents out dresses that have been altered for shorter people?
