In need of office attire for a small frame with big boobs

I need help sourcing clothes with clothes for an overseas client conference. It's formal office attire and most of mine is dated as I work remotely. On top of that, I have large boobs (32G) on a short frame (5'3). I flunctuate between size 10-14 depending on the brand. Finding outfits is always a nightmare.

What will work/help me look put together without being frumpy or untidy?

I have this issue, 30K and a really tiny ribcage/shoulders so I just look all boob! My winning combo is Abercrombie and Fitch Sloan trousers, in a bold or pattern to draw the eye down. Chic belt to accentuate waist. I then wear a light, plain knit on top in dark colours- I love the Uniqlo Crew neck Merino jumpers. Good well fitting bra to ensure a smooth line. Works will heels, boots or ballet flats.
