Smarter tops & blouses - long sleeve or 3/4

I'm in need of nice new long sleeve or 3/4 sleeve tops that are not just plain, long sleeve ones. Looking for something a bit smarter than this. Blouses, tops with texture/collars/colour combinations all welcome. No polyester or unflattering cuts.

Just a bit sick of boring tops and my wardrobe also has too many Crew Clothing stripey tops and plain M&S ones, I just need something interesting that is smart or smart casual but also of reasonably good quality.

Need spring colours - light pinks, blues, navy, neutrals. Fine with patterns and textures. I've looked in numerous shops but can't seem to find anything interesting. FWIW, I'm late 30s.

Where do I need to look, please?

Have a look at Other Stories. They have some stunning tops. Mint Velvet also have some lovely tops, as do Reiss. Other Stories are more adventurous, but in your 30s you can definitely get away with it.

NRBY are good for natural fabrics but quite pricey.
Don’t discount independent online boutiques, all of these are 100% cotton

The charity shops are full of shirts and blouses at the moment.

I also love these cashmere sweaters for spring. They look plain but the cut is super flattering (they look ‘expensive’, if that matters) and come in really beautiful shades (I’ve got them in petrol blue, light grey, pale blue and dusty pink). Uhm, well a shapeless cut or balloon sleeves don't look good on anyone, by way of example...thanks anyway.
