When are M&S Sparks points converted into vouchers in the Sparks app?

I think I had about 1550 points. Now it's down to 150. When are the vouchers produced in the M&S app? I want to get ds some new polo shirts for school. Thanks

Never! But you have to check them every week as they’ll have offers e.g. 20% of trousers etc. and you have to specifically add the offer to your sparks card. It’s such a faff!

agree that it doesn't work like that. You get access to specific offers not money vouchers.

You get reward points for quarterly vouchers on your M&S card if you’ve signed up, but that’s a different loyalty scheme from Sparks, which, as pp have said, is an offer-based scheme.

The thing I find intensely irritating about sparks offers is that you have to add them to your card. Why can’t they just automatically add them, and then give you a list of what’s on a deal in the app? Nothing worse than making a quick purchase only to find you could have had 20% off!

You get the refit card vouchers through the post I think twice a year. They are pretty poor conversion rate though.

Yes I used my credit card for every transaction for the quarter but I don't think it got me that many points. Really want to see if it came to over £20. If it didn't, it's not worth the faff of using the card and then transferring out of my current account.

4 times a year. I have an actual card as I don't use a mobile phone and get them about 6weeks after they total them. The last ones I got was Feb and quite honestly was disappointed with the amount, seemed less than last time and I used my CC for everything. Seriously looking for another card which will give me more rewards than M and S.

@IncessantNameChanger I spent £4k on flights when I first got it and got an £11 voucher!!
