I saw a standard box in Boots, then an advanced type. Not sure what the difference is. I also read they are bad for you ?

can you tell us more about where you read that and what it actually said? They’re a health supplement in the health and wellness section but there is a lot of shit out there which people call health supplements and are from the same section so I can see why you may think it. However, they’re not bad for you. Advanced may have more ingredients or stronger potency. Or it may be targeted to those of us who have an age that is more advanced 😭
