Hi..please give me your advice on what type of clothes/materials to wear and any recommendations for where to buy them.
I think I have started having hot flushes and too warm all the time 🫠I've noticed some clothes make it worse,mainly anything I have made from polyester. Some friends have suggested linen but I am looking online and can't find anything that looks nice enough to wear at work. I want to be fashionable but cool!
