Outfit inspo for a retirement party

Good evening wonderful mumsnet hive mind.

I'm looking for outfit inspo for a retirement party. I'm 5ft 2, size 12-14 with a chunky belly and thighs.

I want to look chic and sexy, but also still casual because it's being held in the back room of a local pub.

I'm thinking jeans, heels, and a nice top, but I have no idea what style jeans/top suits a short, chubby, 30-something.

Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated 👏
