Hush Nessa wide-leg jeans, dark rinse – anyone got these?

These look lovely (here's the link), but are they as good as they look? I want wide jeans that aren't baggy in the waist/bum area.

Also, I really like soft denim, but those dark washes can be stiffer than the pale ones. If anyone has the dark rinse, I'd love to know what it's like, TIA

They are beautiful. Mine are from Halara and look equally lovely for half the price.
Worth a look.

Thanks Cherrymauve. I feel a bit wary of Halara because I read somewhere that they can be really difficult when it comes to returns

Always sized down about 27 sizes at hush.
Look on Vinted because everyone seems to buy the wrong size

AlannaOfTrebond · 22/02/2026 11:56

I don't know about the dark wash, but I have them in pale blue/grey and grey and absolutely love them.

I also have the Halara ones, but the Hush ones are nicer fabric and also have a proper waistband so I don't feel the need to cover it up the way I do with the Halara ones. Hush also match the stitching colours, my black Halara pair have white stitching and look incredibly cheap!

I'm currently looking everywhere for the Nessa in grey in 14. My 16's are now too big and I miss them! Checking Vinted daily, but no luck yet.

There's actually a pair in my size on Vinted, but as you say, the sizing is weird and I don't want to spend £65 on something I can't return. If it was less than £10, I'd risk it. (yes I am cheap)

Try these - I ordered them on a whim and they are lovely. Soft but not stretchy, not at all baggy in any places that shouldn't be baggy, and far nicer in real life than in the photos. Also longer in real life, I'm 5' 6" and the regular is almost floor length on me if I wear trainers.

Sainsburys jeans are the hill I will die on. They are so much better than their price.

They're really nice! I might just give them a try, thanks so much

Yes I have them and I love them! Don’t usually do wide leg jeans

Jemimapuddleduk · 23/02/2026 13:27

They look lovely but very similar to my M&S ones which are a lot cheaper and gorgeous heavy weight denim.

EstherGreenwood63 · 23/02/2026 13:30

@evilharpy agree. TU jeans are such nice denim and much cheapness. I just got some barrel legs and they are so good.

SiberFox · 23/02/2026 19:41

I have these jeans although in a different colour. Absolutely favourites, the best looking wide leg jeans I’ve ever tried. I’m pear shaped. They are very flattering, slimming for me, and look smart

Sainsburys Jeans are brilliant
